Job Responsibilities * The Wealth Management Leadership & Regional Management team involvement ranges from internal consulting, strategy, competitor data, expense management, along with management reporting for senior leadership * Business strategy & performance management: Collaborating with Global COOs on initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects * Leadership and internal presentations: Responsible for generation, distribution, and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual management reports. Build and deliver analytical insights to the leadership that will help in forming client, sales & product strategies * Scale business analysis with BI and AI tools * Analytics product ownership, act as end to end owner for analytics products * Analyze variances and trends underlying revenues & expenses to provide the business with regular updates through reports supported by well documented commentaries * Devise creative methodologies to improve business efficiency across markets * Drive resource allocation and headcount management Basic Qualifications * Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or Commerce. * Experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical or strategy function * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use, acquaintance to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Altreyx) is advantageous * Strong understanding of wealth management, investment advisory and financial planning products and landscape ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
