- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls - Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards - Work closely across FP&A team on streamlining processes, expanding reporting, and implementing changes where applicable. - Manage team members and work closely with the WM Finance and broader Finance teams What you'll bring to the role: - Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members - Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks - B.A./B.S. in relevant field - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively across a global organization with other Finance functions across multiple locations - Must be willing to learn, grow and remain agile - A desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute as a team player We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
