Description PURPOSE The Wealth Management YA is responsible for learning and applying their technical skills and working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision. REPORTS TO/ ACCOUNTABILITY Consultant/Senior Consultant KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Ability to apply self to learning and applying technical skills. Co-operative team player. Interest in business and commercial affairs Ability to apply self to learning and applying technical skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & LEARNING COMPETENCIES Navigate company CRM, financial planning tools, and document management systems. Maintain and update client data accurately and confidentially. Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and file organization. Support prospecting efforts through research and data gathering. Assist with client retention activities and meeting preparation. Prepare client-ready documents and financial summaries for advisor review. Support simple client service requests under supervision. Follow internal policies and regulatory compliance standards. Requirements KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Demonstrated record of retention of application of technical skills. Quality of work output. Integration into the team. Meeting assignment objectives (timeframes, budgets, outcomes). Client satisfaction. Participation in firm wide initiatives.
