JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Wealth Operations Analyst is a client reporting and implementation subject matter expert, responsible for maintaining high client service standards by ensuring that all tasks and reporting are accurate and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will work closely with TDAM Operations, TDAM Risk, TDAM Portfolio Management, Vendors and TDAM Relationship Management teams to meet objectives and ensure success. Reporting to the Manager, Client Support, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report and billing preparation; delivery and tracking of client statements and reports
  • Optimizing use of Client Reporting Systems and various applications to deliver seamless client experience
  • Coordinating and processing new account openings within corresponding systems, as well as maintaining current client information on the Client Relationship Management system
  • Recording and filing client documentation to meet client service and compliance requirements
  • Creating and maintaining procedures for new and existing processes
  • Assisting with the creation and delivery of high-level internal and external communication materials
  • Conducting data analysis, engaging in problem resolution, and recommending solutions that will contribute to operational efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very strong Analytical, Time Management and Organizational skills
  • Experience in client and institutional reporting or fund/wealth management business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadline driven tasks
  • Ability to remain focused and resolve issues under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand business logic and workflow in an investment management environment
  • Broad understanding of investment portfolio data, including performance, attribution, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks in a complex environment with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet contribute to and assist the broader team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong commitment to change and ongoing development; open to being flexible; adapt well to change
  • Hold a post-secondary degree/diploma and/or related experience
  • CSC and/or enrollment in CFA or CIM programs would be an asset
    Please note employees will be going to the office 4 days starting March 2025

The Client Support team is responsible for Implementation & Reporting on behalf of TDAM Institutional clients.
