TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  1. To learn how to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication through arrangement of appointments, and follow up.
  2. To learn how to continuosly be efficient in preparing, checking and submitting client contracts. Also to be efficient in checking on submissions of contracts.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and relevance of completed FFPA into the whole Financial Plan Writing process.
  4. To research on various financial instruments (i.e insurances, investments etc) and discuss & report their relevance to a client’s financial planning.
  5. To discuss and apply concept of financial planning (ie risk management, wealth accumulation etc) on the client and help client to take action to improve their finances, through a series of discussion.
    6.To understand concepts and philosophies of investing through research & discussion and identify appropriate wealth accumulation instruments that suits the client.
    7.Craft out the financial plan with strategies that are suitable for clients.
    8.Formulate strategies needed to help clients achieve their financial goals in an efficient manner.
    9.Identify what wealth protection and accumulation instruments are suitable to client
Responsibilities
  1. Analyze clients’ financial status (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities)
  2. Prepare financial plans according to clients’ changing needs to ensure clients meet their goals.
  3. Understand consultants’ advise with clients on current financial issues and make recommendations
  4. Support the consultants in building strong relationship with clients.
  5. Research and present investment strategies to consultants that could benefit clients
  6. Monitor clients’ needs and support consultant to adjust clients’ financial plans accordingly.
