Our summer internship We’ve designed our summer internship to give you a taste of what it’s like to work with us, along with valuable experience to help guide your career choices. At the end of the placement, we’ll assess you on what you’ve learned. Complete this successfully and you could be offered a place on our Wealth Product & Client Solutions graduate programme, where you can take forward the skills you’ve learnt into the next step in your career. Over the course of this eight-week programme, you’ll work from our London based office, focussed on one of our client goal teams. During the programme, you will: Be assigned a placement within one of our client goal teams, focussing on how we deliver exceptional client experiences Accelerate your soft skills in communication, presenting, and research Gain a unique insight into the structure and purpose of our Banking and Lending function as well as exposure to our strategic change work Develop relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and senior leaders across the Wealth business In addition, you’ll benefit from: Seeing first-hand how we work together as One Bank to deliver an outstanding service for our clients Learning about our culture, values, and goals Attending training workshops and getting involved with our day-to-day work Exploring your capability by taking part in a business improvement project How you’ll benefit We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £29,745 pro rata.
