TD Wealth Management is a member of TD Bank Group (TDBG) and is one of Canada’s largest investment management firms offering an ever-expanding suite of investment management solutions. TD Wealth provides investors and financial advisors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund, banking and other consumer financial products on an integrated basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Wealth Rotational Associate program provides on-the-job training through rotations in Wealth Departments, including TD Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Wealth National Office, and Direct Investing. The duration of this assignment is anticipated to be 18 months. You will start in July 2026.

As a Wealth Rotational Associate, you will develop your capabilities in:

  • Client insights and engagement
  • Change and transformation
  • Strategy development
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Data and analytics
  • Business and financial results
  • Investment knowledge

As an Associate, you will build your knowledge and skill set in each rotation through projects and assignments across TD Wealth business lines. You will also have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with leaders and other Associates across TD Wealth. When you complete the Wealth Rotational Associate program, you will be able to explore many opportunities to move into progressive roles within Wealth and build a successful career at TD.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

You will be graduating in 2025/2026 with an undergraduate degree, studies in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred

As an ideal candidate, you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous direct or indirect client service experience
  • Business, finance or quantitative skills developed through post-secondary and previous work experience
  • Passionate about building relationships & networking
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
  • Good foundation in business acumen, problem solving skills and analytical capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive mindset to take initiative
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual in French/English would be an asset, but not required

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / ACCREDITATIONS:

  • Anticipated completion of undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Finance in 2025/2026
  • Pursuing CSC or CFA designation an asset but not required
