  The Wealth Service Representative I (WSRI) supports the success of the in-branch network of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors by delivering exceptional client service, assisting advisors, and coordinating retail branch partnerships. This entry-level role is designed for individuals aspiring to grow into a Wealth Advisor role, offering hands-on experience in client service, operational support and partnership development. As a key member of the Wealth team, the WSRI ensures a seamless client experience by managing service requests, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate documents. This role contributes to business development efforts by identifying opportunities through proactive outreach and supporting retail branch engagement. The successful WSRI will use strong communication, organizational skills and collaborate with others. The WSRI is expected to obtain their FINRA Series 7, 66, and Florida Life/Health/Annuity licenses within one-year of employment. Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Relationship Support * Respond promptly and professional to inbound phone calls and client inquiries regarding investment and wealth management products and services. * Address client complaints and service requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction. * Coordinate appointments between clients, prospects, and advisors to ensure timely and efficient scheduling. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Advisor & Operational Support * Assist advisors with the preparation and maintenance of investment documentation, including prospectuses, performance reports, and account statements. * Collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors to meet client needs effectively and efficiently. * Perform day-to-day administrative tasks that contribute to advisor productivity and operational efficiency. Retail Branch Engagement & Business Development * Support the training and communication efforts of in-branch Wealth Advisors to strengthen retail partnerships. * Execute proactive outbound calling campaigns to identify potential opportunities and connect retail members with Wealth Advisor services. Licensing & Professional Development * Obtain require licenses within one year of employment - FINRA Series 7, 66 and Florida Life/ Health/ Annuity. * Participate in ongoing learning and development to build foundational knowledge in wealth management. * Participate in annual training as required for BSA and the Privacy Act. Organizational Engagement * Represent the credit union with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. * Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities. * Support leadership initiatives that position the credit union as a top employer. * Perform other essential functions as needed or assigned. * Travel to branches, attend meetings and/or trainings may be required on occasion. Requirements: Education and Experience * High school diploma, GED or equivalent. * Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field, desired. * 2+ years retail financial services experience preferred. Certifications * FINRA Series 7 within one year of employment. * FINRA Series 66 within one year of employment. * Florida Life/ Health/ Annuity license within one year of employment. * Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and pass a background check. Skills and Attributes * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. * Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
