Overview WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Wealth Solutions Specialist to support and enhance our growing wealth management services. The Wealth Solutions Specialist will work directly with our financial advisors to provide wealth management solutions for clients. This includes support of financial planning solutions, family office services, performance reporting, integrations of new offices, as well as various other client solutions support. As CAPTRUST continues to evolve, this individual will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that elevate the client experience and support the firms long-term success. Responsibilities Oversee product and vendor management functions for Wealth Solutions, including research Directly support CAPTRUST’s Family Office Services initiatives Work with wealth leadership, advisors, and project teams to enhance our services and support model Track metrics, monitor activities, automate functions where possible Create and manage project plans and lead projects, as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, product, and business teams across the firm, and external partners and vendors May work, when necessary, beyond normal working hours Very minimal travel expected Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry Desired Qualifications/Skills: Product or vendor management experience Wealth management client facing experience Family offices services and ultra-high net worth client experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills, includes being polished, courteous, professional, and patient Good organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlines Strong background/knowledge with financial planning strategies Technology savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
