Responsibilities and Duties of our Weaver/Loom Operators: Operates looms Monitors loom quality through inspection of woven tapes on the loom and stops the loom when defects are identified Repairs defects if capable and when not, documents problem then alerts loom fixer to repair Threads warp through guides and heddles, over rollers etc., and ties or splices ends, to repair yarn breaks Ties yarn splices at warp changes Follow procedures and policies Maintain production and quality levels Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 2+ years weaving experience
