Location Bali, Indonesia. Type Full Time, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, 1 hour for lunch. They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. We’re still ambitious and independent, but now we’re a global team - we work from an operational base in Worcester, a design studio in London and a creative studio in Bali. The role Responsible for preparing New-In items accurately across all sites and ensuring they go live on time as requested. Main tasks & responsibilities Set item live on website Daily check New-In stock level in each site and update to A/B slide Update Most Wanted Collection from last New-In according to 175 Trade Report every Monday Daily check Coming Soon item for related sites Update Model’s Name in Daily Sales Figure one day after New-In item set live Update back in stock collection when there is an email notification for all sites About you Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An individual with strong attention to detail Have a basic understanding of women’s fashion & visual merchandising Familiar with Google spreadsheet, slide & docs Ability to work overtime when necessary What's in it for you? The Web Administrator is responsible for preparing New-In items accurately across all sites and ensuring they go live on time as requested. This includes setting items live on the website, checking stock levels, and updating collections as needed.
