Responsibilities

TO BE MORE SPECIFIC, HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  1. Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)• Lead collaboration with stakeholders, playing a strategic advisory role to understand, structure, and prioritize performance measurement needs adapted to clients’ business objectives.
  • Act as an analytical leader, presenting strategic recommendations to clients and leading advanced training to strengthen their maturity in digital analytics.
  1. Data Implementation & Governance (30%)• Define and supervise the implementation of advanced analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Facebook/LinkedIn Pixels, ensuring rigorous data governance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the data monitoring architecture, including drafting technical specifications, advanced implementation of the DataLayer (GTM), and implementing rigorous quality control processes.
  • Ensure the management and integration of consent management platforms (CMP).
  1. Data Analysis & Performance Audits (25%)• Conduct in-depth audits of clients’ digital performance, identifying optimization opportunities based on ergonomic, statistical, and competitive analyses.
  • Develop robust measurement methodologies and analysis frameworks, including the creation and optimization of tagging plans and interactive dashboards (Google Data Studio / Looker Studio).
  1. Data Infrastructure & Warehousing (25%)• Manage and implement a BigQuery data warehouse or other related solution.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (in an agency is an asset).
  • A university degree in data science or related training, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and BigQuery.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Excellent command of analytical platforms (Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Tag Management, Supermetrics, Segment) and HTML, CSS and JavaScript languages ​​(an asset).
  • Experience in mobile tracking (an asset).
  • Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
  • Mastery of the concepts of profitability, ROI, investment, conversion rate, tag, cookie, awareness, acquisition, CLV.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
