Description
About Corto We are CORTO, a cutting-edge software company dedicated to revolutionising the legal industry. Our mission is to empower legal practitioners with AI-driven solutions that streamline their workflow, boost productivity, and provide more efficient client service. Our team of AI experts and engineers collaborate to develop intelligent software tailored to the unique needs of lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants. Our innovative AI solutions automate routine tasks, simplify document management, and enhance decision-making, allowing legal professionals to focus on what they do best - providing expert legal counsel. We’re rapidly scaling from 80 to 150+ employees, with a highly technical workforce where around 90% of the team are developers and engineers. Working alongside our Sydney-based team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things rarely stay the same for long - and if you’re smart, caring, and ambitious, you’ll be in great company. Meet the Marketing Team Our Marketing team is a lean, high-impact group that serves as the engine behind CORTO’s brand growth. We are a collaborative crew of specialists who value agility, creative problem-solving, and a "get stuck in" mentality. In this role, you won't be a cog in a machine; you’ll be a key driver of our online pressence. We’re looking for someone who takes true pride in their craft and is excited by the prospect of owning our digital footprint. You’ll be joining a team where every contribution is visible, every idea is heard, and we all lean in to ensure our collective success. What you’ll do We’re looking for a Web and Analytics Manager who is as comfortable with digital experience as they are with data. You’ll own our website end-to-end: design, iteration, performance, and conversion. Just as importantly, you’ll own measurement and reporting so we can trust what we’re seeing and make better decisions faster. We are not locked into a single platform. If you can run Webflow exceptionally well, great. If you prefer a headless CMS setup, great. What matters is that you can own the outcome: a high-performing website and reliable reporting that turns insights into action. To make this happen you will: Own the website experience Own the end-to-end website experience across desktop and mobile, including navigation, usability, accessibility, performance, and content quality. Design and ship new pages and landing experiences for campaigns, product launches, and key stories. Maintain a clean information architecture, page templates, and on-brand components that keep the site consistent as we scale. Maintain technical hygiene: redirects, broken links, forms, and website QA. Own measurement and reporting Define and maintain the website measurement framework, including event taxonomy, conversion definitions, and tracking governance. Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), including debugging and validation. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio, making performance clear for marketing and leadership. Ensure attribution and campaign tracking are reliable, including UTM governance and channel reporting. Drive optimisation Run regular audits for conversion, performance, SEO, and accessibility. Use behavioural and performance data to identify friction in the journey and prioritise improvements. Maintain a prioritised optimisation backlog and ship improvements with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure the website supports acquisition and pipeline goals. Collaborate and influence Work with design, engineering, and product teams when deeper technical work is needed. Communicate clearly, turning complex metrics into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. What you’ll bring: Proven experience owning a marketing website and shipping changes independently, including page design and implementation. Highly proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager capability: event tracking, conversion setup, validation, and troubleshooting. Extensive dashboarding and reporting capability in Looker Studio, including clear storytelling with metrics. Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and mobile-first design, including accessibility. Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and performance best practices. Ability to translate data into practical recommendations and prioritised actions You are the type of person who CORTO is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application. Why join CORTO? Your work matters.
