We are a growing garment company based in the UAE, specializing in high-quality uniforms for schools, corporates, and healthcare providers. Now, we’re expanding into fashion with a trendy line of casual and lifestyle wear. We’re looking for a talented Web and Ecommerce Developer to help create and maintain a dynamic, high-performing online store for our brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years of experience as a web developer, ideally with a focus on ecommerce websites.
· Strong experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other popular platforms.
· Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid (for Shopify), and PHP (for WooCommerce).
· Familiarity with payment gateway integrations, shipping modules, and ecommerce APIs.
· Knowledge of SEO best practices specifically for ecommerce websites.
· Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a focus on mobile optimization.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot & resolve complex technical issues.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Manager and other teams to bring our vision to life, from site launch to optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement an ecommerce website using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
· Customize user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for desktop / mobile platforms.
· Integrate payment gateways, shipping solutions, and other ecommerce-specific functionalities.
· Optimize the website for site speed, SEO, and overall performance to boost conversion rates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues including bugs, security vulnerabilities, and site updates.
· Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to align the site with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal updates.
· Integrate the backend with inventory systems, order management, and logistics.
· Implement analytics tracking to monitor sales, customer behavior, and site performance.
· Ensure the site’s functionality is always up to date with the latest ecommerce trends and best practices.
