Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT, you will have HR, tactical, and operational responsibility for the teams responsible for developing our web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Your mission will be to ensure the quality, efficiency, and performance of web and mobile application development, while ensuring the professional growth of your teams. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary IT teams (Functional Analysts, Quality Assurance, Support, Architecture, etc.) to deliver innovative solutions that meet the organization’s business needs.

-Expertise in web and mobile technologies (.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, software architecture, relational and non-relational databases). -Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills (team building, rigor and organization, decision-making, communication, etc.).
