In short, a switched-on digital assassin who is ready to help us achieve world domination. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of scopes and technical requirements on a wide variety of web projects, including landing pages, sales funnels and websites, in an extremely fast-paced digital environment. You will also analyse and build email sales funnels and automations for clients while helping the team to improve efficiency in every way possible. Your love for developing repeatable processes and finding efficiencies everywhere, and your keen ear for detecting customer requirements, will be a massive benefit in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a new business analyst with a web development background who wishes to gain more experience in the digital business analyst world. Support the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team in developing project scope for a variety of web projects Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to understand project objectives, elicit requirements, and translate objectives into functional and technical requirements for use by technical project resources Document user stories, process flows, business rules and data mappings to ensure accuracy and clarity across projects Provide Quality Assurance support by creating and executing test cases, and confirming user acceptance criteria before project delivery Apply strong UX/UI understanding to interpret wireframes, user flows, and usability data; work closely with designers and use Figma to support collaborative workflows Develop wireframes and other supporting documentation to clearly communicate requirements to project teams Demonstrate API and integration knowledge including how CRMs, email automations, and payment systems connect through APIs Assist the Digital Projects and Web Development teams in producing standardised requirements, documentation, and test plans for recurring project types Assess and communicate the impact of scope changes throughout the life cycle of a project Act as the liaison between the project stakeholders and the development team during the build and test phases of web projects to ensure quality outcomes Support quoting, scheduling and resource management for web projects At least one year of proven experience as a business analyst working on digital projects (web projects preferred). Knowledge of website architecture. Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify platform a MUST. Understanding of CRM platforms Active Campaign, Hubspot or Keap preferable. Understanding of best practices in digital development. Meticulous documentation skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities a must.
