Our purpose: Enabling lasting business value by designing intelligent, human-led solutions that deliver sustainable outcomes and differentiated impact. 3 4 13 Global Headquarters Continents Countries 700+ 66000+ 65 Clients Employees Delivery Centers Job Description Candidates with 2+ years of experience in web content creation & management Web content management operations (image, texts, video entry) in the content management system Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc) Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs Aiding business to support additions and modifications of editorial content. Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions. Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing. Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes. Working closely with creative agencies , multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Qualifications Master/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required. Proficiency in Spanish language (good to have) Additional Information Shift timimg : 11:30 - 8:30 work from office only
