WEB CONTENT LEAD

RC Willey is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Team Lead to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong content writing experience. This role involves managing a small, remote team of content editors, and taking ownership of online product pricing, ensuring alignment with manufacturer and merchandiser guidelines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams, with a strong background in web content strategy, editing, and digital publishing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experienced with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, and Jira
• Technically adept with strong troubleshooting skills across content management systems, software tools, and web platforms
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and delegation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize content workflows
• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and team development

OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:

• Fulfill ad hoc requests from Ecommerce and Merchandising teams with accuracy and efficiency.
