We’re looking for an experienced and talented Web Content Manager to join our team on a full-time fixed term contract (12 months) basis. In this role, you’ll be creating, optimising, managing and delivering content to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. You’ll work with a wide variety of stakeholders to craft engaging, audience-focused content that’s always on-brand and up-to-date.
This position sits within Brand and Marketing within the Global Programmes team. We are flexible on the location of this role.
The Job
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
- The curation, moderation, and optimization of ACCA’s web content to deliver an exceptional customer experience, improved SEO performance, and enhanced business outcomes
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create, write, edit and oversee web content ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and aligned with strategic priorities and SEO principles
- Utilize data and insights to develop content strategies, incorporating tagging and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver impactful web developments that align with ACCA’s strategic ambitions
- Provide expert guidance on content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and advanced tools for content curation and optimization.
The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing large-scale web content with a focus on improving customer experience and SEO performance
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to work with style and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Proficient in managing complex CMS platforms (ideally AEM) and skilled in web component/page template development
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics and a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
