Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions. Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing. Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes. Working closely with creative agencies , multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Qualifications Master/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required. Proficiency in Spanish language (good to have)
