Description
Deine Aufgaben Explore a new world of possibilities At Interhome Group, part of the HomeToGo Group, we’re on a mission to make vacation rentals easy and enjoyable — for guests, owners, and partners alike. With over 60 years of experience and thousands of holiday homes across Europe, we’re bringing the power of data and technology to a new era of travel. Our Data & Analytics team is building a modern, scalable analytics environment that helps our business make faster, better-informed decisions. You’ll join a collaborative and growing team working with a modern cloud data stack including Snowflake, dbt, Superset, Python, Snowplow, Airbyte, and related tools. Your future contribution As a Web Data Analyst, you will play a key role in rebuilding and modernizing our web tracking framework on top of Snowplow. You will help design a clean, scalable, and trustworthy foundation for digital analytics across the group, replacing fragmented legacy tracking with a more consistent event-based setup. Your core focus will be tracking: event taxonomy, schemas, tracking standards, implementation quality, and data trust. At the same time, you will not work in isolation. You will be part of our Data & Analytics team and collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Engineering stakeholders. This is an end-to-end role for someone who enjoys both building the data foundation and using that data to generate insights. You will connect web, product, campaign, and CRM data to better understand acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience. We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of scalable solutions, enjoys working collaboratively, and is curious about modern ways of working, including AI-assisted analytics, automation, and coding workflows. How you’ll add value Help rebuild and modernize our web tracking framework on Snowplow, including event taxonomy, schemas, tracking standards, and tracking plans Improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of our digital analytics setup across Snowplow, GA4, and GTM Translate business and product questions into clear tracking requirements and analytical approaches Work with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure that digital data is accurate, usable, and trusted Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Contribute to dashboards, reporting pipelines, and self-service BI solutions based on web and digital data Help define and refine KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting structures to ensure consistency across teams Use SQL, Python, and analytical methods for deep-dive analyses such as funnel analysis, segmentation, attribution, forecasting, and A/B test evaluation Support tracking QA, consent-related requirements, and privacy-aware analytics practices Explore AI-assisted tools and automation to improve the speed, quality, and impact of your work Was du mitbringst You’ll be successful in this role if you have 2+ years of experience as a Web Analyst, Digital Analyst, or in a similar stakeholder-facing analytics role Solid hands-on experience with web tracking and digital analytics, especially GA4, GTM, event data, dataLayer concepts, customer journeys, and attribution logic Experience designing tracking plans, event schemas, or measurement concepts for websites or digital products Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data models Strong analytical skills, with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, attribution, A/B testing, or hypothesis-driven analysis The ability to turn complex data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders A collaborative working style: you share knowledge openly, ask for input when needed, and care about team outcomes A structured, curious, and proactive mindset, with a strong focus on data quality and scalable solutions Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical and analytical topics clearly to different audiences Openness to AI-assisted analytics, automation, and AI-supported coding workflows Nice to have Experience with Snowplow, especially event schemas, tracking architecture, or migration from legacy tracking setups Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools Experience with Python or another structured programming language in an analytical context Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Superset, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Experience with server-side tracking, Consent Mode, GDPR-related analytics topics, or privacy-aware tracking implementations German language skills are a plus, but not required Was wir dir bieten Why join us Be part of a growing Data & Analytics function driving the digital transformation of a leading European travel brand Help shape the tracking and analytics foundation behind better business decisions across the organization Work with a modern cloud data stack and contribute directly to commercial performance and customer experience Collaborate with experienced professionals across Interhome Group, HomeToGo Group, and a broader international data community Join an environment that values curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and openness to new technologies Enjoy a flexible work culture, a hybrid setup, and up to 30 workation days per year Kontakt About us Seit dem Beginn der Vermietung der ersten privaten Ferienunterkünfte in der Schweiz im Jahr 1965 hat sich Interhome zu einem der vertrauenswürdigsten Ferienhaus-Anbietern in Europa entwickelt.
