SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Web Design Developer to support the HWIL Modeling and Simulation Development (HMSD) contract to develop and program eLearning training products through interactive Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) for government and commercial clients. NOTE: This position is fully Remote / Work from Home. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Design, develop, and program interactive eLearning training products, including Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) for government and commercial clients. · Collaborate with team members, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and customers to create engaging training solutions, integrating interactive exercises, animations, graphics, and media. · Develop custom client-side code (JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS) for Learning Management System (LMS) deployment, adhering to SCORM and xAPI standards. · Stay current with eLearning tools, technologies, and industry trends, delivering high-quality products that meet deadlines and project requirements. · Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · Bachelor’s and two (2)+ years of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. · Experience in front-end development such as in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and XML. Familiarity with popular frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Preact. · Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) integration and SCORM or xAPI authoring, with the ability to write clean, concise, and well-commented code. · Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: · Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, no clearance required prior to hire; SAIC will help to obtain. · Must be a current US Citizen.
