We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Design and UX Specialist to join our digital team. This role combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles to create engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences for our users. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and user-centric interfaces across all web platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web and UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding not required but beneficial).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, UX strategy, and visual creativity.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with web development frameworks or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Understanding of SEO principles and how design impacts SEO.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg for UX research.
