Description

WHY SONDER

Sonder is a team of highly motivated designers, developers, and creatives. We get riled up when talking about good design and feel a genuine desire to fix things when we see something that isn’t working. We believe if something is worth doing it’s worth doing well. WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a designer who is driven and thoughtful. You’re a problem solver at heart. You’re a good listener who can ask critical questions to help inform your design brief. You search for the “why” behind decisions and make sure the design is supporting the project goals.
You’re a creative thinker who is detail oriented. You’re dedicated to crafting refined aesthetics. You know the importance of good typography, spacing, and visual balance. There is no disconnect between how you translate your designs into development. You’re determined to leave a positive impact through creativity.
