Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and refine design briefs by consulting with clients and internal stakeholders to define objectives and constraints
• Research and analyse functional and communication requirements to inform website structure and user experience
• Develop design concepts, including sketches, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes
• Collaborate and negotiate design solutions with clients, consultants, and production teams
• Select and recommend appropriate materials, media, visual assets, and design elements to enhance usability and brand consistency
• Detail and document design decisions including style guides, annotated layouts, and handover documentation
• Oversee or execute the production of finished websites or digital materials, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Maintain design archives and project documentation for internal reference and future use

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Media, Interactive Design, UI/UX, or a related discipline (or equivalent highly relevant employment experience)
• Ideally, 1–3 years of highly relevant experience, or 6+ years overall experience (including at least one year in the past five years)
• Portfolio showcasing web design work demonstrating conceptual thinking, wireframes, visual design, and functionality

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end collaboration
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in consulting or service-driven environments
