REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, user-centered Web Designer to lead the design of high-performance B2B websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns, all optimized for UX, accessibility, and SEO. You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, and project managers to create conversion-driven, on-brand digital experiences.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can elevate our digital design standards, guide junior team members, and consistently deliver measurable results across web and digital platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and interpret project briefs to identify goals, requirements, and critical insights.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Apply branding consistency best practices to ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital and non-digital deliverables, translating client brand guidelines into effective web design.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and strategists to ensure smooth implementation of web designs.
  • Conduct client landing page, mobile, and desktop website audits to provide recommendations for improvements based on best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to usability and accessibility standards.
  • Confidently present and explain UI/UX design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Follow UX processes, including wireframing, prototyping, accessibility, and usability testing.
  • Engage in strong user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
  • Contribute to refining internal web design processes and best practices, enhancing workflow efficiency across teams.
  • Advocated for web design best practices when collaborating with the internal team.
  • Support other design projects when there are no web design or digital projects, ensuring a balanced workload and contribution to the agency’s overall creative output.
