We’re a tight-knit, creative team based in Collingwood, and we’re looking for an experienced Web Designer & SEO Specialist to join us on the ground and in the office.

THE ROLE

As our in-house Web Designer & SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining modern, high-performing websites for a range of aviation clients. You’ll collaborate with our design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into functional, user-friendly sites—mostly on platforms like WordPress, Wix, Showit and Squarespace. You should be confident taking a project from brief to launch and comfortable working on-site with our team in Collingwood.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop responsive, accessible, and fast-loading websites
• Work with designers to bring creative layouts to life
• Build and customize CMS functionality (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace)
• Perform testing, QA, and site optimization
• Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing support and updates
• Integrate third-party tools (booking systems, e-commerce, analytics, CRM tools)
• Stay up to date on best practices for UX, SEO, and performance
