PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in creating high-end presentation decks for C-suite executives using tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, etc.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of work across various visual styles, techniques, target audiences, and content types.
  • Expert-level knowledge in creative tools for presentation design, animation, and video production processes.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in persuasive presentation design and storytelling to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts across diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and translate client and stakeholder needs into actionable design solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet high-reaching deadlines while delivering high-quality work, including quickly turning around concepts, designs, and final presentations.
  • A strong understanding of the creative development process, with the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional creative team.
  • A genuine curiosity about technology and its potential to solve problems, create change, and shape a better tomorrow.

Responsibilities
  • Design Craftsmanship: Create visually engaging and effective communication materials using advanced design techniques. Simplify complex information and concepts to ensure easy audience consumption through presentation design, visual communication, motion graphics, and animation.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with account teams after the discovery process to review briefs and help articulate messages to customers in the most impactful way. Provide strong rationale for design choices and manage last-minute requests with flexibility.
  • Innovation in Design Formats: Continuously explore new visual formats and design structures that best fit the objectives of each brief and cater to the preferences of the target audience.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Design Systems and Reusability: Maintain style guides and design systems to enhance productivity, encourage reuse of assets, and support the scalability of designs across multiple accounts.
