Job Description
The sought candidate will support the Web team in executing daily tasks by working closely with the art director, as well as our web integrators and project management team.
Creative and proactive, they will also be involved in the creation and development of websites, and web advertising for a range of clients in different fields. The targeted projects range from the production of corporate websites to e-commerce platforms.

Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in web design
• Passionate about the Web and naturally curious
• Comfortable in a multitasking environment where everything evolves quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented
• Ability to manage production time and evaluate projects
• Open-minded, autonomous, and resourceful

Tasks

• Work closely with the art director
• Design web mockups for new or active projects
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions
• Conceptualize, create, and adapt the design of digital banners
• Design presentations for submission
• Create visuals for social media
• Write social media posts
• Adapt responsive mockups
• Create wireframes
• Create functional prototypes (mockups)
• Prepare mockups for web integration
• Ensure visual quality control of projects from conception to launch
• Experience in brand image creation (asset)
• Preparation of visuals for printing (asset)
• Experience in web writing (asset)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web design tools
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in the web animation software Tumult Hype
• Knowledge of task creation and time management tools
• Good knowledge of responsive design (mobile first)
• Understanding of web constraints
• Understanding of HTML/CSS programming logic
• Ability to propose solutions and recommendations
