POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, experience in rapid prototyping, and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment. This role covers development for both mobile apps and web apps, focusing on React Native frontends, PHP backends, and modular JavaScript dashboards.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (modular JS), CSS, HTML, React, React Native, and PHP.
• Experience with MySQL database integration.
• Understanding of backend development (PHP required; Node.js, Python, or Java a plus).
• Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience in rapid prototyping and AI prototyping workflows.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and teamwork in fast-paced projects.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
• Bonus: experience with GraphQL, cloud hosting, or containerized environments (Docker, Proxmox, etc.).

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile and web applications for Flyertap and Pushabl.
• Build mobile app frontends in React Native, integrated with PHP APIs and a MySQL database.
• Develop web application dashboards using modular JavaScript and PHP.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code across the stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create rapid prototypes, including AI-driven features.
• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to deliver smooth, reliable user experiences.
• Share knowledge and foster creativity in team development.
