REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 or more years of web development and system integration experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core/MVC, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred, but Sitecore, Kentico, or custom CMS welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Razor.
  • Familiar with REST APIs, AJAX, Git, and OpenAPI (Swagger).
  • Experience or interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, authentication protocols, and IIS/hosting.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and customize Content Management System (CMS) driven platforms that power ADVANTAGE’s orientation and recruiting experiences. You will be hands-on in building scalable, secure applications while collaborating with designers, video producers, and project managers to deliver seamless digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain CMS-based platforms using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
  • Customize CMS platforms (Umbraco or similar) to meet specific client needs.
  • Integrate REST APIs, SSO solutions (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), and enterprise systems, using industry tools such as OpenAPI (Swagger) and Shibboleth.
  • Configure and support Azure cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring performance and stability.
  • Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
  • Collaborate across creative and technical teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and video-rich solutions.
