We are currently seeking a proficient Website Developer and SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team, working in our vibrant office in Dublin. Reporting into the Head of Digital Growth, the successful candidate will have experience in SEO and Technical SEO and will be the go-to expert for all technical SEO related matters, complementing our content and data specialists by providing insights and strategies to enhance our overall SEO campaign performance.
This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at cross-functional communication. This is a full-time office-based role at our offices in East-Point Business park, Dublin. Due to the nature of our work environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, schema markup, core web vitals and website performance.
Collaborate closely with the SEO Content Specialist and SEO Copywriter to ensure client websites are optimised to support content strategies.
Work with our Web and Analytics Specialist to analyse data and refine SEO tactics.
Assist with new business development and upsell technical strategies to existing clients.
Advise, train & collaborate with internal teams to push for SEO best practices.
Work collaboratively with the wider Peninsula team on website audits and on-page SEO efforts.
Perform keyword research using various tools and monitor user engagement across the website.
Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, and other relevant industry trends, developments, algorithm and strategy updates.
Have previous experience working with in-house web development team. Be able to report specific issues to our UK dev team.
