Digital Resource is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our talented Web Team. Reporting to the Website Development Manager, you will build, deploy, and maintain websites for a diverse clientele. This role involves front-end development, collaboration with designers, account managers, and adherence to industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites in Webflow and WordPress, implementing new features and customizations. Create website layouts and user interfaces while collaborating with designers to match visual intent. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best practices. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Optimize websites for search engines (SEO), speed, and performance. Perform website updates, content management, and troubleshoot issues. Maintain, expand, and scale client websites. Stay up-to-date with web development trends, technologies, and industry standards to propose improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, meet client expectations, and provide progress updates. Qualifications & Skills Required: 2-4 years of professional experience in web development. Experience building sites in Webflow. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards. Ability to interpret client requirements and estimate development timelines. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. General understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and the ability to collaborate with AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping. Experience building custom themes and plugins for WordPress. Preferred: Knowledge of JavaScript Knowledge of Shopify theme development and Liquid templating. Experience implementing SEO enhancements and web performance optimizations. Understanding of web security principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to mentor junior developers. Experience using AI-driven development platforms (such as Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, or v0.dev) to build, refine, or accelerate full-stack applications. Position Details This role reports directly to the Website Development Manager and involves managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and on time.
