Overview Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in supporting successful client deliveries by executing essential delivery tasks across multiple projects. This role focuses on ensuring that assigned work is completed to a high, consumer grade standard, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of client outcomes. The individual will work in a task driven environment, collaborating closely with crossf unctional teams including backend developers, project managers, and client facing stakeholders. Comfortable working from Jira boards and structured briefs, the Implementation Specialist will be expected to interpret requirements accurately, manage time effectively, and deliver work within agreed timelines while minimizing rework. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and ownership of their deliverables, maintaining quality and consistency even in a fast paced, multi-project setting. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: 1. JIRA Expertise: Proficient in analysing and interpreting JIRA tickets to deliver effective solutions, ensuring amendments are executed with precision, reliability, and adherence to project requirements. 2. Content Management: Skilled in utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) to efficiently add, update,and manage web page content or email updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. 3. Website Configurations: Comprehensive understanding of website configurations, including but not limited to: • Page planning and website architecture • Content hierarchy and organization • Document and asset uploads 4. Quality Assurance: Adapt at conducting thorough testing and validation of updates and changes to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Proactively identify, document, and report bugs or issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions. 5. Accountability and Ownership: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership by taking full accountability for tasks and projects, ensuring timely and precise delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. 6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in web solutions, offering innovative suggestions to enhance functionality, optimize performance, and elevate the overall user experience.
