ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Internal Web Developer to lead the development, hosting, and management of our internal web platforms. This role will ensure our digital tools are secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs, while supporting the migration to internal hosting environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain internal websites and web-based applications.
• Manage website hosting environments, including setup, configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional, scalable solutions.
• Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Support content updates and provide guidance to non-technical users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web functionality, hosting, and performance.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes.
• Assist in the migration of web content to internal hosting platforms.
