Duties and Responsibilities: The best fit for this position will be a self-starter who can create and manage a website whose primary content is learning videos. The candidate will be able to research and troubleshoot solutions and custom code for design and functionality. This role will be the sole developer on a small team, however, the candidate should be comfortable collaborating with developers and DO WEB if need-be to facilitate problem-solving. The optimal candidate, in addition to being a SME-level Web Developer with experience in end-to-end website planning and development, will have the following skillsets: PHP Coding Search best practices CSS Attention to detail Required Experience: Subject Matter Expert • Demonstrated experience developing websites. • Demonstrated experience using content management software such as WordPress. • Demonstrated experience with Joomla. • Demonstrated experience consulting with technical partners. • Demonstrated experience evaluating solutions to meet enterprise and mission specific needs. • Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated experience using programming languages such as JavaScript/JQuery, and PHP. • Demonstrated experience designing the framework for websites. • Demonstrated experience using Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). • Demonstrated experience working with HTML.  DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include: • Demonstrated experience assisting customers to identify and select best solutions for requirements • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsors Wordpress. • Demonstrated experience working with the Sponsor, and internal IT partners • Demonstrated experience using Adobe products such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Certifications: o SharePoint Administrator o SharePoint Application Developer Quevera is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
