As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our Marketing Team and seeking a talented WordPress Developer with strong WooCommerce and SEO expertise to manage and grow our digital presence.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

✅ At least 5+ years of professional web design & development experience
✅ Advanced knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, customisation)
✅ Experience with WooCommerce setup, customisation, and optimisation
✅ Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
✅ Front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
✅ Back-end experience: PHP, MySQL database management
✅ Familiarity with MVC frameworks (CakePHP, Laravel – desirable)
✅ Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
✅ Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and meet deadlines

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, optimisation, and ongoing management of multiple company websites. Your role will focus on driving online visibility, enhancing user experience, and boosting commercial success through innovative web solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and develop multiple WordPress websites.
• Build and customise WooCommerce functionality for e-commerce growth.
• Implement full-funnel SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct website audits, usability testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on digital campaigns and creative projects.
• Design, develop, and optimise landing pages to maximise performance.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage and optimise website hosting, security, and performance.
