REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer & UI/UX Designer (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, for design.
• Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (PHP is a plus).
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow and Shopify.
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and development work.
• Ability to work with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Web Developer & UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience and user interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces and developing responsive websites that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect user needs and project objectives.
• Develop responsive websites using modern frameworks that function seamlessly across various devices and platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and other plugins like Elementor.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure a seamless user journey.
• Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback to enhance designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Maintain and update existing client websites as needed.
• Quality assurance and web usability on desktop as well as mobile applications.
