Our websites and digital platforms are at the center of how we connect with contractors and project owners. We are currently seeking a Web Developer / Web Designer who can build, design, and maintain websites that tell our story, deliver value to customers, and drive measurable business growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Web Developer or Web Designer, preferably in marketing, manufacturing, or B2B/B2C contexts.
  • Tools Expertise: WordPress, Elementor, Vizor (primary stack); working knowledge of a Learning Management System.
  • Design Skills: Strong eye for design, UX, and branding with portfolio of live sites.
  • SEO & Analytics: Experience implementing SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve website performance.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into web solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with landing page testing, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
  • Knowledge of graphic design basics to support integration with the creative team.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce setup.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Web Developer / Web Designer will manage and evolve our web presence across multiple brands. This role combines technical skills in WordPress, Elementor, and Vizor with a strong design sense for user experience, visual appeal, and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with the marketing team including the Digital Marketing Specialist, Copywriter, and Graphic Designer to ensure our websites are optimized for lead generation, SEO, and seamless user experience.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Build and maintain websites that are high performing, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure all web platforms are optimized for speed, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Translate business goals into functional web solutions that enhance user experience and conversion.
  • Manage updates, landing pages, and campaign integrations with HubSpot, CRM tools, and tracking systems.
  • Support the marketing team in delivering web assets for funnels, campaigns, and sales enablement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and update websites primarily using WordPress.
  • Manage plugins, integrations, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure site stability.
  • Maintain staging environments and version control for safe updates.
  • Design and implement user friendly layouts with attention to brand identity, consistency, and conversion goals.
  • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Implement SEO best practices (on-page optimization, schema, metadata, page speed improvements).
  • Collaborate with the SEO lead and digital marketing team to boost rankings and visibility.
  • Test and refine landing pages for conversion rate optimization.
  • Build and deploy campaign specific landing pages.
  • Integrate with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools for lead capture and attribution.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in ensuring all web assets tie seamlessly into the funnel.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to execute projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
