JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Web Developer to manage web design, product content, SEO, and digital advertising efforts. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing our website, product descriptions, metadata, and images. Working closely with eCommerce, IT, product management, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure our digital presence aligns with customer needs and business goals.

Compensation: $70k to $80k annual salary range based on experience
Onsite Role: Non-Remote/Non-Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time. Direct Hire. Permanent Role. No Agencies. No Third Parties. No Contracts.
Location: 93 Grant St, Ramsey, NJ 07446
Schedule: Standard day-shift office hours Monday-Friday approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm ET

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product content management, SEO, and digital advertising for an eCommerce or industrial/automotive distribution business.
  • Bootcamp graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge in website structure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server configurations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors and site speed optimization.
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to craft engaging, SEO-optimized content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and a shared sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Hybris is a plus but not required.
  • A positive, team-first attitude that resonates throughout the company.
