Hours: 9am–5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am–3pm Friday

We are a successful and growing eCommerce business specialising in underfloor heating solutions. Building on our success, we are now launching two new websites in the heating and plumbing sector. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our friendly team to help build, run, and maintain these sites.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience building and managing websites in WordPress.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop (and/or other design tools).
• Understanding of SEO best practice and website optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable).
• Creative eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on role where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day development and management of our new WordPress websites. You will combine technical ability with creative flair to ensure our sites look professional, perform well, and engage our customers.
You will work closely with the management team to bring our vision to life, support ongoing content updates, and ensure the websites remain fresh, functional, and customer-friendly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Website Build & Management
• Set up, configure, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, security, updates).
• Ensure sites are optimised for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage hosting, backups, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Creative & Content
• Design and edit imagery, banners, and marketing assets using Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Create engaging, professional visuals to support product listings, blogs, and campaigns.
• Assist with copywriting and page layouts to ensure strong brand presentation.
• Ongoing Website Support
• Upload and update products, images, and information.
• Monitor website performance and analytics, making improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
