The United Workers Union is seeking to employ a highly motivated Web & Digital Platforms Advisor.
This role is being offered as a permanent full-time position and can be performed in Brisbane or Sydney.

7. USER EXPERIENCE (UX) AND INTERFACE (UI) DESIGN:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Conduct user testing and apply feedback to improve navigation and usability.
• Promote and support the portfolio in the adoption of UX/UI principles to improve user experiences and the uptake of best practice.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to inform iterative design improvements, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Experience with HubSpot CRM will be highly regarded, particularly in the context of end-to-end integration. Ideally, you will bring expertise as a HubSpot Developer, including the ability to build webpages within the HubSpot CMS to ensure seamless integration, a simplified user journey, and full utilisation of the platform’s capabilities.
• Familiarity with database management (e.g., MySQL) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics tools, and UX/UI design best practices.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining tracking pixels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and configuring custom events in platforms such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.
