JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Web Dynpro ABAP, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), and SAP HR/Payroll on ECC along with exposure to SuccessFactors.
The ideal candidate will design and implement custom SAP solutions that enhance HR operations, streamline payroll processes, and deliver modern user interfaces.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with strong focus on HR and Payroll,HR data structures, and payroll schemas
• Proficiency in Web Dynpro ABAP and SAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration and configuration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP applications for SAP HR and Payroll modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Design and implement Web Dynpro ABAP components and FPM floorplans (OVP, OIF, GAF).
• Integrate SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and refactor legacy ABAP code for performance and maintainability.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Provide post-implementation support and documentation.
