Lead and mentor a team of Front End software developers. Actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects aligned with department goals. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Design and architect digital projects, making informed technology choices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team in resolving them. Validate project scope, objectives, and technical solutions Strong experience in Web software development. Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering software projects. Expert knowledge of at least one tier 1 programming language (JS, TS, Python, etc.). Understanding of web services, REST/SOAP, WebSocket, async/sync communication, cache, and reactive programming. Experience with Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence. Deep understanding of backend development best practices and microservice architecture. Solid foundation in development processes, best practices, and design patterns. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
