Description
We are looking for a motivated Web Integration Support Specialist who will provide technical support and troubleshooting for web integrations, plugins, and APIs across popular platforms. The role involves developing quick fixes, assisting partners with configuration, documenting solutions, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance integration experiences. A strong technical foundation, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication in both Greek and English are essential. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web integrations, plugins and APIs to partners. Develop quick fixes and add new functionalities to existing plugins as needed. Assist partners in configuring and optimizing plugins for common platforms like WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Shopify. Document code changes, common issues and resolutions Create and update user guides. Collaborate with Internal and external development teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements. Stay updated on the latest web technologies and integration trends. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably involving web-based products. Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart and Shopify. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
