Job Summary
The Web & Marketing Automation Lead supports the development, design and maintenance of the website along with monitoring site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. Working cross-functionally with internal IT, sales & marketing teams, and external web development agency and partner stakeholders, this employee will perform and/or secure a robust backup and manage database.
Additionally, they build and oversee marketing web pages, templates, automation rules, nurture journeys and campaigns utilizing automation tools ensuring backend workflow and synchronicity of platforms. They also perform data analysis and dashboard reporting on multiple platforms. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
Supports the development, design and maintenance of the website.
Monitors site traffic and help scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations.
Performs and/or secures a robust backup, manages databases, and works with internal IT to administer security.
Build and oversee digital marketing templates, automation rules, nurture journeys and campaigns utilizing automation tools ensuring backend workflow and synchronicity of platforms.
Communicate and liaise with digital partners, external stakeholders and the wider global marketing team.
Able to demonstrate technical skills with websites and marketing automation platforms.
Acts as the interface between the marketing team and agencies.
Monitors, records and analyzes digital data and campaign performance.
Designs, builds and monitors KPI’s / Salesforce / Pardot dashboards, liaise between Pardot / sales team, report analysis.
Required Skills/Abilities
Shows strong technical ability and understanding of digital marketing processes, marketing automation, campaign performance, and lead tracking.
Website strategy, UX and UAT experience, AI & SEO management
Some coding ability advantageous – design, modify website content (HTML / CSS / PHP/ Javascript) preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of headless CMS, PIM & CRM Platforms (Salesforce desirable)
Experience with Sanity/ Vercel / Cookiebot,& Zapier tools advantageous
Proficient in normal MS office suite programs, strong Excel skills
Experience with GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, SEM rush, HTML / PHP / Javascript / CSS
Utilizes AI tools and techniques to enhance web development processes and marketing automation.
Implements AI-driven SEO strategies to optimize web pages for better search engine rankings.
Stays updated with the latest AI technologies and trends to continuously improve web and marketing automation strategies.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Marketing or media qualification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Experience in AI and SEO optimization for web pages.
Experience in utilizing AI in web developmen
