Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the designer on our marketing team, this role goes beyond web design—you will also play a crucial role in building and shaping our brand identity. We are seeking a highly talented Web & Marketing Designer to kick-off the creation of a visually outstanding web appearance and a diverse array of marketing collateral.
As a core member of the marketing team you will collaborate closely with leadership, UX/UI designers and our Head of Design to develop consistent web and marketing experiences across the entire customer journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Website Design: Design and optimize responsive, high-performance web designs that align with Kyan Health’s brand guidelines. Translate user insights into outstanding designs, product mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Website experience design: Conceptualize innovative website concepts to drive engagement and conduct experiments to improve the customer journey for sites such as landing pages, contact page, community pages, knowledge base, blog etc. Create intuitive user flows and sitemaps to enhance overall navigation.
  • Marketing & Graphic Design: Create a wide range of impactful B2B marketing assets, including digital campaigns for LinkedIn, sales enablement materials (whitepapers, eBooks, presentations), one-pagers, infographics, emails, field marketing material to effectively communicate and reinforce the Kyan Health story.
  • Brand Shaping & Narrative Design: Deliver on-brand materials while identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries within brand guideline. Challenge our status quo and actively foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team spirit.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership, UX/UI designers or developers pitching and advocating for design decisions while incorporating stakeholder feedback into iterative design processes.
  • Quality Assurance & Detail Orientation: Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy and quality in all deliverables, preparing print-ready files when required and ensuring exceptional execution across all channels.
