We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager- someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who loves working closely with clients and a team. You’ll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, increasing cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn. More specifically, you will: 📊 Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients 📈 Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services 🤝 Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships 📝 Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals 📊 Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis 🚀 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes We’re looking for someone who’s positive, highly organized, and thrives under pressure. Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and we’d love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2-3 PM EST. To excel in this role, you need to have: ✅ 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role ✅ Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue. ✅ Experience working with US Clients ✅ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities ✅ Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success ✅ Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.
