We are seeking a experienced Web Master (IT Specialist). In this role, The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for Information Technology field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure website functionality, performance, and security.
• Regularly update and maintain website content (including images, text, and videos).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• Perform regular website backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Manage company email accounts, including creation, deletion, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain email security measures to prevent spam and phishing attacks.
• Provide email support to employees as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues for employees (e.g., software installation, network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting).
• Provide technical IT related support for company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Informatics, or any related educational field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience as IT Specialist or any related role.
• Proven experience in website management and IT support.
• Strong understanding of website technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
