JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web & Multimedia Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with marketers, and other stakeholders to design and implement engaging web interfaces, manage our web presence, and that enhance user interaction and drive business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Experience with video editing tools or AI video platforms is an asset
• Good understanding of layout, branding, and digital presentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English required; Chinese language ability is a plus

• Maintain and update the company website using platforms such as WordPress
• Design and manage landing pages, news updates, event announcements, and digital forms
• Ensure website structure, layout, and content reflect current programs and promotions
• Support the production of promotional and teaching videos and AI-generated media for courses and events
• Monitor and improve website user experience and layout consistency across devices
• Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely and accurate content publishing
• Perform basic SEO tasks and monitor website performance with available tools
